I used to wake up at 5 am everyday in summer. When it comes to winter I just can't do it. TOO HARD.
Now Spring is coming. I am going to start the 5:30 am project again starting from tomorrow. Apparently going to bed early is not going to do the trick cause the body is used to go to bed at 11 pm. I think the first few days will be very hard.
The reason I want to start 5:30 am waking up hour again is that I feel that I am not doing enough exercises. Also lots of time wasting on instagram and facebook before bed. I also miss the feeling of the whole world is asleep when you have already done so much by 8 am.
It feels like there is time boost.
The planned routine is :
5:30am (no turning on the phone till 8 am)
Glass of warm water
Plan for the day
Exercise (morning walk at balmoral-listening to podcast)
Starting tomorrow.....I will let you know how it goes.
