You can put what you need to do in priority list. I always follow accordingly and make sure everything is done. The best feature is that you can enter all your to do list ahead of time or set to recurring actions so there is no need to re enter it everyday .
I think routine sets good habits . Your achievement and fulfillment is based on the habits you accumulate over time.
I dont put things like exercises or reading in my to do list cause it already is part of me . However practice drum or practice Hopkido I am still in the process of forming it as an unconscious habits.
