Have a new second half year resolution.
I figure that I really need to cut off my phone usage. Just too addicted to my phone . It’s not good for my eye sight and it’s just not a very efficient use of time.
Now I have a set time that I will allow myself to check on the phone.
I must say it’s quite a liberating feeling and you notice a lot more with the surroundings.
Not an easy task but I am trying my best.
Maybe you should check your phone less too? Hahaha
