i actually have a lot of habits and routines . A very left brain person who really is too logical for creative art industry. I believe good routines and habits are foundations for successful mindset. Everything I do has a system. I don’t like surprises.
Good time journal is one of my routines in a day.
Everyday before bed I write down three best things happening. There are usually quite a lot of interesting things but I choose 3.
There are often lousy annoying things but I never write them down . This exercises has way more benefit than just feeling grateful . You should try.

1. Sheraton hotel buffet with Jenny for her birthday .
Why is it good?
The food is amazing
I can pay for it easily and I am happy about that .
Jenny is so happy
We had such good time .
2. Picking up Megan and cristian from after school care and go to chatswood for dinner then off to Isabelle’s house to play and have supper.
Very fun to be with family, lots of chatting and laughters
The kids are sooo happy

3. Gretel, Brandon and zetongs lessons are so fun
Best work ever
We got all the concert items sorted
These three have been with me for a long time now and we all have such rapport together . Productive lessons with laughters.
